Jennifer Aniston has lifted the lid on the health and wellness routine she has maintained throughout her 50s.
While she famously burst into the spotlight in 1994 as Friends’ Rachel Green, Aniston has been open about her passion for working out and staying fit.
In a new interview with CR Fashion Book, the actress revealed she lives by four rules which ensures she stays in amazing shape.
The star explained: “I drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods, and get as much sleep as I can.
“That last part is challenging for me, but it's so important. I feel it when I don't get enough rest.”
As well as her physical efforts, Aniston shared she prioritises her mental health and added: “In addition to all of that, I try to be really mindful about what I let into my headspace.
“Our world is really going through some challenges, and I know we all care a lot, but sometimes I think it's imperative that we turn off the noise.”
Speaking more on exercise, the 54-year-old highlighted her passion for PVolve, a low-impact alternative to traditional strength training.
She told the publication: “I love it so much, Pvolve is a unique approach to fitness that I’m so excited to share with others.
“I leave every workout feeling energized and strong, but not beat up. I encourage people to try it and see it for themselves.
“Whatever your fitness level, it’s a workout where you can truly start where you are,” Aniston added.
The actress stunned on the front cover as she opted for an edgier look, wearing just a black bikini top, with an open-cropped shirt.
Her look was completed with a black tie and matching trousers, while her statement blonde locks were ruffled and wavy.
