The secret to Jennifer Aniston’s sexy body

   

Jennifer Aniston showed off her enviable body in the trailer for “We’re the Millers,” playing a stripper with a heart of gold named Rose. So how did the 44-year-old actress achieve her incredible shape?

The “Friends” star credits her youthful figure to “Yogalosophy,” a 28-day program created by her longtime friend and yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber.

“It’s yoga paired with toning exercises, so people who were bored with yoga might try it, or people that were really into yoga might get a little extra workout,” Ingber told ABC News.

Aniston and Ingber practice the exercises about three times a week. The fitness guru’s philosophy comes down to five objectives:

1. Love your body.

2. Set short-term goals.

3. Make healthy choices.

4. Visualize your best.

5. Give and receive support.

Ingber insisted that yoga is not a replacement for good old fashioned cardio workouts. “I think that’s important, too,” she said.
