In one of the most expensive celebrity real estate transactions of 2022, Canadian-born singer, actor, and rapper Drake bought musician Robbie Williams’s approximately 19-acre Beverly Hills property for $75 million. Speculation abounded as to whether the “Nice for What” singer would be leaving his longtime Hidden Hills outpost where he once owned three properties. But after just over a year of ownership, the OVO founder is looking for someone to take the gargantuan estate off his hands for $88 million.
Included on the vast compound are several acres of mountain terrain, a tiered hillside and about 25,000 square feet of living space perched on a flat parcel of land. Completed in 2001, the Tuscan-style main house features 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms, with three ensuite bedrooms dedicated to staff. The home boasts high ceilings and tons of space for entertaining throughout the expanse. Sweeping views of the city skyline, ocean, and mountain ranges can be seen from almost anywhere in the abode. Of note are the elevator, two living rooms (one of which currently functions as a screening room), the study, a dedicated dining room, a long Tuscan-style kitchen with two islands, a gym, game room, wine cellar, and the sprawling master suite, complete with wide walk-in closets.
Outside, the grounds are set up to impress. A motor court leading to the front door and the 11-car garage sits in front of the house, while the behemoth of a backyard includes two massive, well-manicured lawns. The resort-like outdoor space includes a blue mosaic-tiled pool, a pool house with an outdoor kitchen, and a full-size tennis court.
The palatial property was originally built for Guess co-founder Armand Marciano; Williams took it off his hands in 2015. Branden and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates jointly hold the listing with Marc Bretter of Maywood Property Group.
